Privacy Policy

MineCitation stores account, workspace, billing, alert preference, and saved-lead information needed to provide the service. Enforcement records come from public MSHA datasets.

How information is used

We use account information for authentication, billing, support, security, and requested alert delivery. We do not sell customer account information.

Service providers

MineCitation uses AWS for database hosting, Vercel for the web application, Stripe for billing, and configured email providers for transactional messages. Each provider receives only the information needed for its function.
