Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for account security and for lawful use of exports, contact research, and outreach. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass plan limits, or access another account.

Subscriptions

A workspace's first paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Checkout asks for a card, and the first charge is made when the trial ends. If you cancel in Settings > Billing (which opens the Stripe billing portal) before the trial ends, you are not charged. Later plans for the same workspace start without a trial. Paid subscriptions renew at the stated interval after any trial unless canceled in Settings > Billing. Fees already incurred are non-refundable except where required by law.

Data availability

MSHA controls when and how its records are published. We work to find updates reliably but do not warrant that public records are complete, current, or error-free.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
