MineCitation organizes public MSHA information for research and business development. It is not legal advice and is not a substitute for official MSHA records.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for account security and for lawful use of exports, contact research, and outreach. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass plan limits, or access another account.

Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions renew at the stated interval after any trial unless canceled through the billing portal. Fees already incurred are non-refundable except where required by law.

Data availability

MSHA controls when and how its records are published. We work to find updates reliably but do not warrant that public records are complete, current, or error-free.
